If you use #jailtime <player name> on a player who is online but not Jailed,
it causes the map server to crash.
(found in r12096. Also tested in latest, r12116 and this still happens)
I'll post back if I figure out more specifics.
*Edit: tested in Stable-12116 and the same thing happens as in Trunk
