Genetic Skill - Cannonball: Does not apply Elemental Property of Cannon Balls

As title mentions, Cannonball skill does not apply the Elemental Property of Cannon Balls to overall damage.[list]
[*]When using an [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Element"]elemental[/url] [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Cannon_Ball"]Cannon Ball[/url], it takes the [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Element"]elemental[/url] damage modifier from the equpped [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Cannon_Ball"]Cannon Ball[/url], and then applies the modifier again to the entire damage. source: [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Cart_Cannon"]http://irowiki.org/wiki/Cart_Cannon[/url])

Tested with Angra Manyu using 4 different properties on Gloom and all 4 situations produced the same damage as a result.
