Hi,
For instance Fallen Bishop has all of his skills cancelables, is it normal? official?
Need confirmation, it looks weird.

Mob and item databases are very outdated and filled with wrong conditions and values, you gotta update them yourself.

Open mob_skill_db, scroll down to ID 1871 and set skills to not interrumpable.
