ive been working on a client mod to add more char slots. while editing the client i found there is a way to have 12 char slots

with these options in the sclientinfo the client has 12 char slots, i have changed the setting in mmo.h but still only 9 of them are able to make chars on them.
the other 3 are there but no make button.
i can also edit the database to move chars to 10 11 12 which works fine. they are selectable and deletable.
could there be an sql query problem not returning slots as free after 9 ??
