Exploit With Itemheal+itemskill Items

This exploit pertains specifically to items that use itemskill and itemheal at the same time (such as Brusti, Chocolate Tart, Strawberry Chocolate, etc).

When using one of these items, it'll cast the corresponding skill used by itemskill and heal the right amount, BUT you can continuously use the item during cast without it decrementing at all. Any item that uses itemskill and itemheal can be used infinitively during the itemskill being cast, so if you use Brusti and spam Chocolate Tarts, your Chocolate Tarts will not decrement at all while Brusti's Magnificat is casting.

This also applies when using a player-cast skill with a cast-time, and then spamming items that have itemskill and itemheal at the same time.

This exploit is entirely possible on all revisions, so long as there is an item with itemskill and itemheal at the same time... no idea which revision started that though.
